The OnePlus Nord 6 has appeared online ahead of its official debut, and fresh benchmark data suggests it may share more than a passing resemblance to another recent OnePlus device. Several reports now point to the Nord 6 being a rebranded or slightly modified version of the OnePlus Turbo 6, which launched in China earlier this month.
A new Geekbench listing gives us a clearer picture. The device carries the model number CPH2795 and runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. That is the same chipset found inside the OnePlus Turbo 6. As a result, performance between the two phones could be nearly identical.
The tested unit featured 12GB of RAM. However, OnePlus may introduce additional memory options at launch. The listing also confirms that the Nord 6 runs Android 16 out of the box. That detail suggests the phone will ship with the company’s latest software experience from day one.
If the Nord 6 turns out to be a renamed Turbo 6, the hardware could remain unchanged. In that case, users can expect a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1272×2772 resolution. The panel supports a 165Hz refresh rate, which should deliver smooth scrolling and fluid animations.
Storage may go up to 512GB, offering ample space for apps and media. On the camera side, the phone could feature a 50MP main sensor with OIS. For selfies, it may include a 16MP front camera.
Battery life might be a major highlight. The Turbo 6 packs a massive 9,000 mAh battery, and the Nord 6 could follow the same path. The device supports 80W wired charging and 27W reverse wired charging. That setup allows users to quickly top up the phone and even charge other devices.
For now, OnePlus has not confirmed these details. Still, the Geekbench listing and recent leaks strongly suggest that the Nord 6 and Turbo 6 share the same foundation. More information should surface as the launch date approaches.
