The University of Karachi has decided to conduct all morning classes online from March 9 until the end of Ramadan, according to an official notification issued by the university administration.
The notification stated that the decision was taken to ensure the convenience of students during the third Ashra of Ramadan and to address possible transportation difficulties following the recent rise in petroleum prices.
Under the new arrangement, only morning classes will shift to online mode, while other academic activities will continue as scheduled. The temporary measure will remain in effect until the end of Ramadan.
The university administration confirmed that the order has been issued with the approval of the Vice Chancellor, making the decision official for all departments.
