Motorola Unveils Moto G77 and Moto G67 Midrange Phones

Published by

Motorola has officially introduced the Moto G77 and Moto G67, adding two new options to its midrange smartphone lineup. While the pair share most core features, the Motorola Moto G77 stands out with a stronger main camera and more RAM.

Both phones feature large 6.8-inch AMOLED displays with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panels reach up to 5,000 nits of peak local brightness, making them easy to use outdoors. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protects both screens. Motorola also includes 32MP selfie cameras and in-display fingerprint scanners on each device.

The differences begin to show. The Moto G77 runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 6400 chipset and comes with 8GB of RAM. In comparison, the Moto G67 uses the Dimensity 6300 chip paired with 4GB of RAM. Both models support storage expansion through a microSD card slot, which adds flexibility for users who need extra space.

The camera setup is where the Moto G77 makes a bigger statement. It becomes the first Moto G-series phone to carry a 108MP main camera. The sensor supports 3x lossless zoom and features an f/1.7 aperture with 9-in-1 pixel-binning technology. An 8MP ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture sits alongside it.

Meanwhile, the Moto G67 opts for a 50MP LYTIA 600 main sensor. It keeps the same 8MP ultrawide lens found on the G77. Although it skips the 108MP upgrade, it still covers the essentials for everyday photography.

Both devices pack 5,200 mAh batteries and support 30W wired charging. They also carry IP64 ingress protection, adding resistance against dust and splashes. On the software side, the phones boot Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UX layered on top.

Pricing places the Moto G77 at €300/£250. It arrives in Pantone Shaded Spruce and Pantone Black Olive. The Moto G67 starts at €260/£200 and comes in Pantone Nile and Pantone Arctic Seal. Motorola says both models will roll out across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa starting today.
