The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a temporary suspension of its satellite-based services in several remote areas across the country. This will affect 108 NADRA centers located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir on Wednesday, 4th February 2026, from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.
According to NADRA, the temporary disruption is due to scheduled technical maintenance of satellite connectivity systems. Citizens visiting these centers during the mentioned time may experience delays or unavailability of services. NADRA has urged residents to plan their visits accordingly and has apologized for any inconvenience caused.
This is part of NADRA’s ongoing efforts to maintain and upgrade its satellite infrastructure, which ensures access to vital services in some of Pakistan’s most remote and difficult-to-reach regions. Satellite connectivity allows NADRA to operate in areas where conventional internet or landline connections are unavailable.
