NADRA Introduces Online Appointment Booking via Pak ID Mobile App

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced an online appointment booking service through the Pak ID mobile app, allowing citizens to schedule visits to NADRA centers across the country.

With the new online appointment booking system, NADRA aims to eliminate long queues and reduce waiting times at its service centers. The initiative is designed to provide citizens with a faster and more efficient experience while accessing essential registration services.

Through the updated Pak ID mobile app, individuals can now book their time slots remotely without having to visit the office in person first. This feature ensures that customers can plan their visits conveniently from their homes.

To ensure smooth processing, NADRA has advised citizens to reach their selected center at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Those arriving on time will be given priority service.

The process of using the online appointment booking feature is simple. Citizens need to update their Pak ID mobile app, click on the “Appointment” option, receive a confirmed time slot, and then visit the chosen NADRA center as per the assigned schedule.

NADRA officials said the new service reflects the authority’s ongoing efforts to modernize its systems and enhance public convenience.
