NADRA Launches Mobile Registration Drive for Overseas Pakistanis in the UK

In a major relief for overseas Pakistanis, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a special Mobile Registration Drive in the United Kingdom on November 1 and 2, 2025, to help Pakistanis easily renew or update their national identity documents without visiting embassies or consulates.

This initiative is part of NADRA’s ongoing efforts to improve access to identity services for the Pakistani diaspora. Similar mobile drives have been conducted in various countries to facilitate overseas citizens in managing their NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) and other essential documentation.

The mobile registration units will operate from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at five major UK locations, including High Wycombe (London), Derby (Birmingham), Middlesbrough (Bradford), Liverpool, and Bolton (Manchester).

Services available during the drive include:

  • New, Modify, Renew, or Reprint of NICOP/SNICOP/SPOC cards
  • Cancellation of NICOP/SNICOP
  • Family Registration Certificate (FRC) and DUP Clearance

A NADRA spokesperson stated,

“Our goal is to make identity services accessible to every overseas Pakistani. These mobile centers ensure convenience and timely processing for those unable to visit our offices.”
