NITB to Launch Advanced Data Analytics System for Pakistan’s Courts

The National Information Technology Board (NITB) is introducing a big data analytics dashboard for the judiciary, aiming to improve decision-making and transparency. Officials shared the update during a review meeting chaired by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, which focused on accelerating digital reforms and enhancing public service delivery through technology.

The prime minister stressed that citizens should find it easier to access government services. He urged public institutions to use modern technology to increase efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness.

Officials said NITB has begun restructuring its organization under a new chief executive officer to align with current digital needs. Plans for an Asaan Khidmat Markaz in Islamabad have been completed, and a secure new government-wide application is under development.

The session also highlighted that all major stages of the Hajj process will be fully digitized this year, simplifying procedures for pilgrims. Separately, a QR code–based feedback system for overseas Pakistanis will undergo review to improve services.

Additionally, the One Patient, One ID system for hospitals is nearing completion. This integrated system is designed to boost hospital efficiency and ensure better care for patients.
