The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced new prices for Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) for March 2026, showing a notable increase compared with the previous month.
According to the regulator, the revised prices came into effect on March 1, 2026, following policy guidelines issued by the Government of Pakistan.
Under the new notification, RLNG prices for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) have been set at $12.4913 per MMBtu for transmission and $13.5516 per MMBtu for distribution in March 2026.
For Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL), the RLNG price has been fixed at $11.0169 per MMBtu for transmission and $12.5354 per MMBtu for distribution.
In comparison, February 2026 RLNG prices were significantly lower, with SNGPL transmission at $10.4686 and distribution at $11.3345 per MMBtu, while SSGCL transmission stood at $9.0301 and distribution at $10.2704 per MMBtu.
OGRA stated that the increase in RLNG prices is mainly due to higher Delivered Ex-Ship (DES) prices, rising import-related costs, and increased terminal charges.
The regulator added that the detailed RLNG price notification for March 2026 is available on OGRA’s official website for public access.
