After weeks of teasers, OnePlus has locked in March 24 for the debut of the OnePlus 15T in China. The company has also started taking pre-orders through its official Oppo online store, giving early buyers a head start before the official reveal.
The OnePlus 15T will arrive in three color options: Healing White Chocolate, Pure Cocoa, and Relaxing Matcha. These finishes appear to target users who want a premium yet playful design.
Customers in China can already reserve the device online. OnePlus will sell the phone in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB variants. This wide memory range suggests the company is targeting both mainstream users and power users.
The OnePlus 15T runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. That chip is expected to deliver flagship-level performance. The phone features a 6.32-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. It also offers slim 1.1mm bezels, which should give it a more immersive look.
For security, OnePlus includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. This upgrade often provides faster and more accurate unlocking compared to optical sensors.
Battery life could be one of the biggest highlights. The device packs a 7,500mAh battery. It supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. As a result, users should get both long endurance and quick top-ups.
In addition, OnePlus confirms a new periscope telephoto camera. The phone will also offer up to an IP69K rating for water and dust resistance. Alongside the handset, the company plans to introduce several magnetic accessories built specifically for the 15T.
