Applicants are required to submit a complete set of academic and professional documents to support their application for the ADB–Japan Scholarship Program. All materials, except recommendation letters, must be uploaded through the official Google Form by December 10, 2025.
How to Apply to Candidates
Before applying, candidates must first identify and contact potential supervisors within the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences (GSFS) or related departments, listing up to five preferred supervisors on their application form.
Once a supervisor has been chosen, applicants should upload all required documents (except recommendation letters) to the official Google Form by December 10, 2025.
Meanwhile, referees must send their recommendation letters directly to the International Liaison Office before the deadline.
