The Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah has introduced a new online appointment system for NADRA and Machine-Readable Passport (MRP) services for Pakistani citizens living in western Saudi Arabia.
The system was introduced by Pakistan’s Consul General in Jeddah, Syed Mustafa Rabbani, to make consular services more organised and accessible. Appointment bookings opened on September 20, allowing applicants to select an available date and time online before visiting the consulate.
Once an appointment is confirmed, applicants receive an SMS notification and tracking ID, which can be used to monitor their appointment status. The system also allows users to book, view or cancel appointments online.
The consulate has announced that NADRA and MRP services will be available exclusively through appointments from October 1, 2026. Pakistani citizens have been advised to book their slots in advance to avoid delays.
The new system is aimed at reducing overcrowding, lengthy queues and waiting times while improving the organisation of consular services. It is also expected to make visits more predictable by assigning applicants specific time slots.
The Jeddah consulate provides several NADRA services, including NICOP and SNICOP renewal, reprint and modification, as well as Family Registration Certificate (FRC) services. Applicants can use the official online appointment portal to schedule their NADRA and MRP visits.
The consulate has also provided helpline numbers 012-6689149, 055-8577893, 055-8606308 and 050-1914472 for assistance.
