Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has partnered with Norse Atlantic Airways to support its long-haul capacity expansion and improve air connectivity between the United Kingdom and Pakistan.
Norse Atlantic CEO Eivind Roald said the agreement would provide the large Pakistani community in the UK with more travel options between the two countries. He described the deal as the beginning of a strategic partnership between the two airlines.
PIA has been pursuing fleet modernization and route expansion following its privatization in December 2025. The airline currently operates 31 aircraft, including Boeing 777s and Airbus A320s, and serves destinations stretching from China to North America.
The partnership is expected to support PIA’s efforts to strengthen its international operations and improve connectivity for passengers travelling between Pakistan and the UK.
