Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced the temporary suspension of its flights to several Middle Eastern destinations in light of the developing regional situation.
According to an official statement shared by the airline, flights to the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Doha have been suspended until tomorrow evening or until the reopening of the respective airspaces.
PIA further stated that its flights to KSA (Saudi Arabia) have been rerouted to avoid conflict-affected zones, ensuring passenger safety while maintaining operations. Passengers have been advised to contact the PIA Call Centre at 021 111 786 786 for updated flight information and re-accommodation assistance.
The airline emphasized that the decision has been taken as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of passengers and crew amid the evolving situation in the region.
