The Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA) has officially released the Class 8 Exam Date Sheet 2026. Annual examinations will begin on Monday, March 9, 2026, and students across Punjab are advised to review the schedule carefully to ensure timely preparation.
Exam Schedule
The Grade-8 annual exams 2026 will be conducted on the following dates:
Mathematics: Monday, 09/03/2026, 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Urdu: Tuesday, 10/03/2026, 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
English: Wednesday, 11/03/2026, 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Science: Thursday, 12/03/2026, 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Other subjects will be assessed by individual schools through the IBS on SBA model, with schedules shared alongside the End-of-Year Term Assessment 2026.
Important Instructions for Students
Candidates must strictly follow these guidelines:
Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, or electronic devices are banned in exam halls.
Arrive at least 30 minutes early.
Carry B-Form and roll number slip.
Bring a blue/black ballpoint pen and a clipboard.
Mathematics students must carry their own geometry box.
Only the provided answer booklet can be used; extra sheets will not be issued.
No candidate may leave the hall early.
