The Punjab government has announced a strict crackdown on LPG dealers selling gas above the official rates.
Under directives from Maryam Nawaz Sharif, relevant departments have been instructed to ensure liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is sold at prices set by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA). Authorities will take strict action against dealers found charging more than the official rates.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the government is committed to providing maximum relief to citizens and will not tolerate overpricing of essential commodities, which adds to public hardship.
