Punjab has launched a new merit based scholarship card under the Hunarmand Punjab Program, offering students across Pakistan free IT training, laptops, solar panels, e-bikes, and multiple digital resources. The initiative aims to empower youth with the skills needed for a rapidly evolving digital economy.
The Hunarmand Punjab Program has been working to expand digital literacy and skill development for students nationwide. This latest scholarship card is another step toward bridging the technology gap for students in both urban and rural areas.
In an official social media message, the program urged students not to miss this opportunity.
According to the announcement,
“Eligible students will receive 100% free IT training along with laptops, solar panels, e-bikes and other essential resources.”
The administration highlighted that the project is open to students from anywhere in Pakistan whether they live in villages or cities and is designed to support their journey toward a strong digital future.
Only students who meet the merit and eligibility requirements will receive the card, and the program has shared contact details for queries and applications. Motivated candidates have been encouraged to apply at the earliest.
