Punjab Safe Cities Authority Enables Citizens To Track Complaints Online

LAHORE: The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has launched a digital tracking portal to streamline the handling of 15 emergency reports made via phone.

This new system enhances transparency by keeping citizens updated on the status of their complaints. It covers cases reported to the Virtual Centre for Minorities, Virtual Centre for Child Safety, and Virtual Women’s Police Station.

Each complainant will receive a unique login and password, allowing them to track their complaint’s progress at any time. If they are unsatisfied with the resolution, they can provide feedback or escalate the issue through the system.

Authorities emphasize that the platform enables quick access to public assistance. To track a complaint, click here.
