With Ramadan 2026 just around the corner, the education departments have officially announced revised school and college timings. These adjustments are designed to ease the daily routine for students, teachers, and parents, helping everyone manage fasting, prayers, and study schedules more comfortably.
Many private schools may shift start or end times by 10-15 minutes, so confirming directly with the school is recommended.

Punjab Timings
Single-Shift Schools:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM -1:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM -12:30 PM
Double-Shift Schools:
Monday-Thursday:
- Morning Shift: 8:30 AM -12:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM -4:00 PM
- Friday: Second Shift: 2:30 PM -5:00 PM
Officials also noted that girls’ schools will open and close 15 minutes earlier than the standard schedule.
Sindh Timings
Single-Shift Schools:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Double-Shift Schools:
- Morning Shift: 7:30 AM -11:30 AM
- Evening Shift: 11:45 AM -2:45 PM
- Friday: 1st Shift: 7:30 AM -11:30 AM and 2nd Shift 11:45 AM – 01:15 PM
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Timings
- Monday-Thursday: 7:50 AM -1:00 PM
- Friday: 7:50 AM- 12:30 PM
Balochistan Timings
Single Shift:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM -12: 30 PM
Double-Shift Schools:
- 1st Shift (Morning): 7:30 AM -10:30 AM
- 2nd Shift (Evening): 11:45 AM -1:15 PM
