Sindh Boards Launch First-Ever E-Marking System for 2025 Results

In a significant leap for the province’s education sector, three education boards in Sindh have officially adopted a digital approach. Yesterday, these boards released their first-ever joint e-marking results. Officials described this move as a major milestone for the examination system in Sindh.

The announcement covers the results for the SSC Part I and HSC Part I annual exams 2025. Officials revealed these results at a special ceremony in Sukkur on Monday.

The Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, and Larkana boards generated these results through the new digital e-marking system. Sindh Minister for Universities and Boards, Muhammad Ismail Rahu, attended the event. He joined the chairmen of the three respective boards to unveil the outcomes.

Speaking at the event, Minister Rahu highlighted the benefits of this technological shift. He stated that the modern system enhances transparency significantly. Furthermore, he noted that the digital process removes the possibility of human errors or unfair marking practices.

The provincial government has ambitious plans for the future, especially regarding the Sindh education boards. Minister Rahu added that the government intends to shift all Sindh education boards to a complete e-assessment mechanism by 2026. This expansion aims to ensure timely and merit-based results across the entire province.

During the ceremony, the Minister congratulated the position holders. He distributed shields and prizes among the high-achieving students. To conclude the event, the board chairmen presented Minister Rahu with a traditional Sindhi cap, Ajrak, and a commemorative shield as a gesture of appreciation. Teachers, students, and parents also attended to witness this digital transition.
