Sindh Govt Announces Promotions for Teachers & School Employees

In a major development for the education sector, the Sindh government has announced promotions for teachers and non-teaching employees of the School Education Department. The move aims to recognize long-pending cases and ensure timely career growth for educational staff across the province.

According to an official notification, regional offices have been directed to submit seniority lists of eligible staff by October 15, 2025. These lists will be reviewed by divisional directors and forwarded to the department for final approval. Once completed, a Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) chaired by the Secretary of School Education will finalize and approve the promotions.

This promotion drive includes high school teachers, subject specialists, and other non-teaching personnel, marking a significant administrative effort to address career stagnation in the sector.
