Sindh Govt Hosts SHE Leads Bootcamp for Women Founders

The Sindh Higher Education Commission has announced a one-day ‘SHE Leads Women Founders Bootcamp’, set to take place on October 2, 2025, at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi. The initiative aims to empower women entrepreneurs with training, mentorship, and practical skills to grow their startups.

The bootcamp, organized in collaboration with the Shahjehan S Karim Incubation Center at IoBM, will be led by Ziana Sakhia, co-founder of Bechlo.pk, an online marketplace supporting women in digitizing their businesses and generating income from home.

This program is designed to provide female founders with the tools to refine business models, strengthen digital strategies, and build a strong brand presence. Participants will also gain pitching experience before investors and develop scalable growth strategies.

Applications are open until September 26, 2025, for eligible participants including women founders with established startups, entrepreneurs showing business traction, and final-year students or alumni.

According to Sindh HEC officials, the bootcamp will also include expert-led training sessions, networking opportunities, and hands-on insights to boost entrepreneurial success.
