The International Cricket Council (ICC) has unveiled a star studded commentary panel for the highly anticipated T20 World Cup 2026, set to begin on February 7.
Renowned cricket experts Ramiz Raja, Ravi Shastri, Nasser Hussain, Ian Smith, and Ian Bishop will lead the panel, bringing decades of experience and insights to cover every exciting moment.
They will be joined by former T20 World Cup champions, including Aaron Finch, Dinesh Karthik, Kumar Sangakkara, Samuel Badree, Robin Uthappa, and Carlos Brathwaite.
South African captain Temba Bavuma, who led his team to ICC World Test Championship victory in England, will also provide commentary, sharing his current playing experience.
Former Sri Lankan all rounder Angelo Mathews will join Bavuma, offering additional insights to ensure expert analysis of strategies, player performances, and key tournament moments.
The ICC will provide a world feed service to broadcasting partners, delivering consistent, high quality coverage across all 55 matches and making the tournament accessible to fans in every participating and global market.
Yesterday, the ICC confirmed broadcast arrangements for the marquee event, allowing fans in Pakistan to follow every match through television and digital platforms.
In Pakistan, live coverage will be offered by PTV and Myco, with digital streaming available on Tamasha, ARY Zapp, and Tapmad throughout the month long global tournament.
The ICC will also produce a dedicated Urdu commentary feed for Pakistan matches, enabling viewers to enjoy ball by ball coverage in a familiar language across broadcast and streaming services.
