Stylers International Limited has officially been certified as a Shariah compliant company by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), opening the door for expanded access to Islamic investment funds. The company announced the development in a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, highlighting that the certification will influence investor decisions and qualify it for Shariah compliant portfolios.
The SECP issued the certificate under the Shariah Governance Regulations 2023 after confirming that Stylers International meets all screening, governance, and reporting standards. Dated November 25, 2025, the certificate requires annual Shariah review reports and continued compliance with the Companies Act 2017.
Stylers International, with operations in Lahore and Karachi, is one of Pakistan’s leading garment exporters, producing denim and non-denim ready made garments for local and international markets. The company said the recognition enhances its compliance profile and transparency for investors, strengthening its position in both domestic and global markets.
