In a surprising move, Pak Suzuki Motor Company has reportedly discontinued the Every VX variant in Pakistan a model that replaced the iconic Bolan last year. Although no official confirmation has been made, evidence suggests the base model has quietly been pulled from the company’s local lineup.
Introduced in October 2024 as the successor to the long-serving Bolan, the Suzuki Every was launched to offer a more modern, fuel-efficient, and safer alternative for both family and commercial use. Initially available in two trims VX and VXR it quickly became a popular choice among transport and small business users.
Reports first surfaced on social media that Suzuki had removed the Every VX from its official website. Verification showed that only the VXR variant remains listed, with all details and pricing for the VX version now missing. This comes shortly after the company announced a Rs. 350,000 discount on the Every VXR, with no mention of the VX variant fueling speculation that it has been phased out due to low demand.
Industry experts suggest that discontinuing the VX model could be a strategic move to streamline production and focus on higher-margin variants. However, the absence of an official statement from Pak Suzuki has left customers awaiting clarity.
A Karachi-based auto dealer commented,
“The VX variant wasn’t selling as strongly as expected, especially after the VXR discount. Suzuki may be reshaping its lineup to match market demand.”
If confirmed, this would mark another significant change in Suzuki’s portfolio following a series of model adjustments amid fluctuating auto market conditions in Pakistan. Consumers are now watching closely to see if the company introduces an updated version or shifts its focus entirely to the higher-end VXR.
