Tecno Spark Slim Unveiled As The Worlds Thinnest Smartphone Concept

Tecno has introduced the Tecno Spark Slim, a smartphone concept it claims is the world’s thinnest, measuring just 5.75mm in thickness. Designed to push the boundaries of ultra-thin technology, this sleek device packs a 50MP dual-camera setup, a 5,200mAh battery, and a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

While the Tecno Spark Slim is an exciting showcase of innovation, it remains a concept device with no confirmed release date. Tecno has announced that demo units will be displayed at MWC 2025, allowing attendees to experience the phone’s slim form factor firsthand. However, whether it will see a commercial launch remains uncertain.

The smartphone boasts a 1224p resolution display with curved edges and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. A 13MP front camera sits at the top, while the 4.04mm-thin battery supports 45W fast charging. Despite the camera bump adding slight thickness, the design remains exceptionally streamlined.

Tecno has not disclosed the exact chipset powering the Tecno Spark Slim, only confirming an octa-core processor. Given the constraints of such a slim build, a high-end flagship processor seems unlikely, as advanced cooling systems typically require more internal space.

Attendees at MWC in Barcelona will have the opportunity to see the Tecno Spark Slim up close and evaluate its ultra-thin design. Alongside this concept phone, Tecno has also debuted its AI Glasses, bringing AI-driven innovation to the wearable tech space.
