USD to PKR rate opened at Rs280.65 for TT selling and Rs280.15 for TT buying against the Pakistani Rupee, according to the latest Exchange Rates Bulletin issued by the Treasury & Capital Markets Group of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) on 18 December Thursday.
