Vivo iQOO 15 Ultra Release Date Revealed in Latest Leak

Vivo’s iQOO 15 Ultra is set to arrive in early February, according to a fresh leak from China. The timing fits earlier chatter that placed the launch before the Chinese New Year on February 17. Vivo has now confirmed the phone will debut before the holiday, narrowing the window further.

The biggest talking point is cooling. The iQOO 15 Ultra is expected to feature the largest active cooling fan ever used in a smartphone. This design choice signals a clear focus on sustained performance, especially during long gaming sessions. Shoulder buttons are also expected, reinforcing its gaming-first approach.

The phone will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It will pair that chip with a 6.85-inch LTPO AMOLED display. The screen carries a 1440×3168 resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. These specs match the standard iQOO 15, but the Ultra adds hardware built for heavier use.

What remains uncertain is availability beyond China. So far, there is no sign of an international launch for the iQOO 15 Ultra. Fans outside China will have to wait for clarity, even as the February debut draws closer.
