Vivo iQOO 15 Ultra Set for February 4 Reveal as Major Specs Emerge

Published by

Vivo is set to launch the iQOO 15 Ultra in China on February 4. The smartphone will debut alongside the TWS Air3 earbuds, expanding vivo’s flagship portfolio for the year. The company recently confirmed the launch timeline, and now the exact date is official. Although Vivo has not revealed the full spec sheet, it has teased several performance-focused features.

The iQOO 15 Ultra will include an active cooling fan, signaling a strong push toward gaming and sustained performance. It will also feature shoulder triggers with a 600Hz sampling rate and separate control chips, designed to deliver faster and more accurate input during gameplay. The device will be offered in two color options.

According to the leak, the vivo iQOO 15 Ultra will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. It is expected to offer up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. Such hardware places it firmly in the ultra-premium category.

The phone is rumored to feature a 6.85-inch LTPO flat display with 2K resolution. The LTPO panel should help balance smooth refresh rates with improved battery efficiency. As a result, users can expect sharp visuals and optimized power use.

On the camera front, the device is said to include a triple 50MP rear camera setup. For selfies, it may sport a 32MP front sensor. While detailed camera capabilities remain unclear, the high-resolution sensors suggest a serious focus on photography.

Battery life could be another standout feature. The iQOO 15 Ultra reportedly packs a 7,400mAh battery with 100W charging support. This large capacity should deliver extended usage, while fast charging reduces downtime. The phone is also expected to feature an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for quicker and more secure unlocking.
