The window makes its debut sometime between January and March, only months after the X300 and X300 Pro made their official entry.

This is a major jump from the X300’s 6,040 mAh cell and could give the new model a clear edge in endurance. Battery life has become a key factor for premium phones, so this change could help Vivo push the X300s as a longer-lasting option.
Inside, the device is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Plus. If MediaTek follows its usual pattern, this chip may only offer a minor boost over the standard 9500. It will likely act as a higher-binned version with small performance gains rather than a full generational shift.
Other details remain unconfirmed, and early leaks suggest the rest of the hardware may stay close to the current X300. This means users should expect a light refresh instead of a full upgrade cycle.
