Vivo has officially launched its latest X300 series smartphone in China. The Vivo X300 E features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and a Zeiss-backed triple-camera system.
The new smartphone also packs a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. It also includes an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits.
The Vivo X300 E is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. It comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The phone runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out of the box.
For photography, the phone features a Zeiss-backed triple-rear camera setup. It includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultrawide unit. For selfies, the Vivo X300 E has a 50MP Samsung JN1 front camera with autofocus.
The phone packs a 7,200mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging. It also features stereo speakers and carries an IP69 rating. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, dual SIM 5G, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and NFC. The phone also comes with an IR blaster.
The Vivo X300 E measures up to 7.99mm in thickness and weighs 203 grams, depending on the color option. It is available in Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Sunlight Orange. The Vivo X300 E starts at CNY 4,799 ($710) for the 12GB/256GB variant. Meanwhile, the 12GB/512GB model costs CNY 5,299 ($785).
