vivo X300 FE Color Variants Leak Alongside Memory Details

Published by

Vivo appears to be getting closer to unveiling the X300 FE, as fresh details continue to surface online. The smartphone has cleared several certifications in different regions. It has also appeared on Geekbench, giving us an early look at its hardware and software.

A new tip from a known source now sheds light on its memory options and colors. According to the leak, the vivo X300 FE will arrive in two configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage. These variants suggest Vivo is targeting users who want strong performance and ample space.

In terms of design, the tipster claims the device will be available in Black and Blue. However, more color options may join the lineup at launch. Vivo often introduces additional finishes depending on the market, so that would not be surprising.

The vivo X300 FE is expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC. This chipset should deliver flagship-level performance, especially for gaming and multitasking. Moreover, the recent Geekbench listing indicates that the phone will ship with Android 16 out of the box. That means users will likely get the latest software features from day one.

There is also speculation about the phone’s identity. Reports suggest the X300 FE could be a rebranded version of the vivo S50 Pro mini. This would follow vivo’s earlier strategy, as the X200 FE was based on the S30 Pro mini. If that pattern continues, the X300 FE may share most of its core specifications with the S50 Pro mini.

As a result, the device could feature a 6.31-inch AMOLED display. On the camera front, it may include a 50MP primary rear sensor. In addition, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom is expected. Such a setup would place the phone firmly in the premium mid-range segment.

Battery life could also be a strong point. The rumored 6,500mAh battery would offer extended usage on a single charge. Combined with an efficient chipset, this could make the X300 FE a reliable daily driver.
