Vivo’s upcoming X300 Ultra is back in the spotlight, and this time the leaks paint a near-complete picture. Recent reports have already hinted at better low-light photography. Now, a new tip reveals almost every major detail, including display, chipset, battery, and camera hardware.
According to the source, the vivo X300 Ultra carries the model number V2562. The phone will feature a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with a 2K resolution. That suggests sharp visuals and smoother refresh rate control. As a result, users can expect a premium viewing experience for videos and gaming.
Vivo will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. This flagship chipset should deliver strong performance across daily tasks and heavy workloads. In addition, the device will pack a large 7,000mAh battery. It will support 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Therefore, users can expect fast top-ups despite the big battery size.
The leak also points to a durable build. The phone will carry an IP69 rating, which means improved dust and water resistance. Moreover, Vivo will include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for secure unlocking. A USB 3.2 Type-C port is also part of the package, offering faster data transfer speeds.
Cameras remain the biggest highlight of the X300 Ultra. The device will feature a 200MP main rear camera based on the Sony LYT901 sensor. Alongside it, Vivo will add a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera. The setup will also include a 50MP Sony LYT828 ultrawide lens and a 5MP multi-spectral sensor.
Interestingly, the tipster claims the phone will support continuous optical zoom. If true, that would set it apart from many rivals. On the front, users will get a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus for sharper self-portraits and video calls.
