WAPDA Announces Paid Internship Program for Fresh Graduates Across Pakistan
The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) has announced a two-month paid internship program for fresh graduates across Pakistan, offering young professionals a chance to gain real-world experience in engineering, IT, finance, and other key disciplines. The initiative aims to foster youth skill development while enhancing professional exposure in one of Pakistan’s leading public sector organizations.
WAPDA, known for major national water and power projects, has long been committed to youth development and professional training. This program continues that mission, equipping graduates with technical and managerial skills essential for Pakistan’s growing infrastructure and energy sectors.
The internship will last eight weeks, with each selected intern receiving a monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000. A total of 50 seats have been announced across various fields, distributed as follows:

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be fresh or recent graduates (within the last three years) with at least a 2.8 CGPA, aged 26 years or below. Both male and female candidates can apply.

Application Process:
Eligible candidates can apply online through the official WAPDA website under the careers section. The application deadline is October 27, 2025. No hand-submitted applications will be accepted.

- CNIC and domicile
- Updated CV
- Two passport-size photos
- Police verification form (for engineering disciplines)
