Beginning on October 28th and continuing through January 31st, 2025, educational institutions will initiate their classes at 8:45 AM. To safeguard students, school administrations are being urged to conduct assemblies indoors to minimize their exposure to outdoor air.
It is also advised that residents refrain from venturing outdoors, keep windows and doors closed to reduce air pollution, and wear a face mask when venturing outdoors. In order to mitigate pollution, vehicle owners are encouraged to maintain their vehicles in excellent functioning order. For instance, as part of these regulations, all pyrotechnic activities are prohibited until the end of January 2025.
