National Foods Closes Sharjah Subsidiary

National Foods Limited has announced that its Dubai-based subsidiary, National Foods DMCC, has successfully completed the liquidation and closure of its Sharjah-registered subsidiary, National Foods (FZE).

In an official stock filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday, the company stated, “National Foods Limited would like to disclose that our wholly-owned subsidiary, i.e., National Foods DMCC, based in Dubai, has decided to close its subsidiary National Foods (FZE) registered in Sharjah, UAE.”

National Foods Limited specializes in the manufacture and sale of convenience-based food products. The company operates under its ultimate parent entity, ATC Holdings (Private) Limited.
