Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Set To Launch In Pakistan Expected Specs Price And More

Hyundai is gearing up to introduce the highly anticipated Hyundai Tucson Hybrid to the Pakistani market, as confirmed by a recent teaser posted on the company’s social media platforms. The post announces the imminent arrival of the “revolutionary Hyundai All-Wheel Drive Hybrid,” signaling the entry of this advanced hybrid SUV into the competitive local automotive sector.

The news comes after months of speculation about the vehicle’s potential launch, particularly following the release of the Kia Sportage L, a direct competitor in the segment. With this new hybrid variant, Hyundai aims to tap into the growing demand for eco-friendly and fuel-efficient vehicles in Pakistan.

Expected Features and Specifications

The upcoming Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is set to offer an impressive combination of advanced features and modern design. The SUV will integrate All-Wheel Drive (AWD) to enhance performance and combine it with eco-friendly Hybrid Powertrain and safety-focused Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) which will include both lane-keeping assist and adaptive cruise control for performance and safety advantages. A long-wheelbase variant of the Tucson Hybrid model will bring additional space for comfort inside the vehicle.

The new SUV will feature an updated exterior featuring a modern dynamic radiator grille while introducing redesigned Parametric Hidden Lights and thickened skid plates to its design. The vehicle presents three distinct exterior color options between Cypress Green Pearl,  Serenity White Pearl and Jupiter Orange Metallic.

The Tucson Hybrid includes inside a cabin that integrates high-tech features such as a 12.3″ digital cluster, wireless charging capability as well as a Premium Krell Sound System and flexible interior space which can expand to 1,799 liters when the seats are folded down.

A Seven-Airbag System and Surround View Monitor alongside Blind-Spot View Monitor and Crosswind Stability Control will constitute the safety features aimed at driver and passenger protection.

Launch Timeline and Expected Price

With the rising demand for hybrid vehicles in Pakistan, the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is expected to be priced competitively in the local market. Given that the  Kia Sportage L is priced between PKR 95.0 lacs and 1.29 crore, it is anticipated that the Tucson Hybrid will fall within a similar price range, making it a strong competitor in the growing hybrid SUV segment.

Hyundai has yet to officially announce the launch date or finalize pricing details. However, industry experts predict that the Tucson Hybrid will be available in Pakistan in the coming months.
