The Vivo Y500 Pro (model V2516A) sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 2,800 x 1,260-pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, promising a sharp and fluid visual experience. The phone runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage, ensuring fast multitasking and plenty of space for apps and media.
Powering the Y500 Pro is a massive 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 90W fast charging, allowing users to refill quickly and stay unplugged for longer. Vivo has also added IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering dust and water resistance. The device runs OriginOS 6, delivering a refreshed software experience for users.
In the camera department, the Y500 Pro features a 200MP main sensor powered by Samsung’s ISOCELL HP5, capturing detailed and vibrant shots. It’s accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor on the rear and a 32MP front camera housed in a punch-hole cutout for selfies and video calls.
According to the leaks, the phone measures 160.23 x 74.51 x 7.81mm and weighs 198 grams, making it slim yet substantial in hand. Vivo will offer the Y500 Pro in Light Green, Titanium Black, Soft Pink, and Auspicious Cloud Gold color options.
