Vivo May Rebrand X200s as X200T, Leaks Suggest
Vivo appears ready to expand its X-series with a new device, the Vivo X200T, as a full specification leak has surfaced online. The upcoming phone seems poised to deliver a premium experience with high-end hardware and impressive imaging capabilities.
The X200T is reported to feature a 6.67-inch flat LTPS OLED display with a “1.5K” resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a high brightness mode that can reach 1,600 nits. Powering the device is MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for fast performance and smooth multitasking.
Photography is a key focus, with a triple 50MP rear camera setup. This includes a main sensor with OIS using Sony’s IMX921, an ultrawide lens using Samsung’s JN1 sensor, and a periscope telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom via Sony’s IMX882. Selfie enthusiasts will get a 32MP front camera.
Battery life is supported by a large 6,200 mAh cell, capable of 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Connectivity features are robust, with Wi-Fi 7, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, an IR blaster, and an X-axis linear haptic motor. Additional hardware highlights include dual stereo speakers, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings. The phone measures 7.99mm in thickness and weighs between 203g and 205g, depending on the variant.
Interestingly, these specifications closely match the Vivo X200s. If the leak proves accurate, the company could be rebranding the X200s as the X200T, a move that has yet to be fully explained.
