The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a temporary disruption in its online services as part of a scheduled system upgrade aimed at improving service delivery.
According to an official notice, the upgrade will take place on March 27, during which certain services may be briefly unavailable. NADRA stated that its Pak ID mobile application and related online platforms are expected to remain offline from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am.
The authority explained that the upgrade is part of ongoing efforts to enhance system performance and user experience. However, it cautioned that users may face temporary interruptions during the maintenance window and advised them to plan their activities accordingly.
NADRA also apologized for any inconvenience caused to citizens due to the short suspension of services.
