Vivo is moving its X300 series beyond China, marking a new phase for the lineup’s global availability. The company has officially confirmed that the international rollout has now started. However, details around pricing and market-wise availability are still missing. Meanwhile, early signs suggest a phased launch across selected regions in the coming days.
In Spain, vivo’s online store has already listed the X300 Ultra with an April 24 release date. This points to a possible European Union rollout around the same time. Still, Vivo has not confirmed whether other EU markets will follow the same schedule. As of now, the company is keeping its global launch strategy fairly quiet.
Alongside the Ultra model, vivo has also confirmed a wider global release for the X300 FE. This device first appeared in Russia last month. Now, it is set to reach more international markets. Even so, Vivo has not revealed pricing or exact availability details for the FE model either. Interestingly, the global version of the X300 FE carries a slightly different design compared to the Russian variant, though the reason for this change has not been explained.

The Vivo X300 Ultra stands as the company’s top imaging-focused flagship this year. It first debuted in China in late March and reached consumers earlier this month. The phone features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1440×3168 resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Power comes from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. It is paired with 12GB or 16GB of RAM. Storage options include 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. A 6,600 mAh battery powers the device, with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging support.
On the camera side, the X300 Ultra brings a strong triple setup. It includes a 200MP main camera with a 1/1.2-inch sensor and gimbal OIS. There is also a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with a 1/1.4-inch sensor. It supports 3.7x optical zoom and OIS. In addition, a 50MP ultrawide camera with a 1/1.28-inch sensor offers autofocus and OIS. For selfies, the phone uses a 50MP front camera with autofocus support.

The vivo X300 FE also focuses on balanced performance and imaging. It comes with a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1216×2640 resolution. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and peaks at 5,000 nits of brightness. Under the hood, it runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC. The device includes 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage options.
Camera hardware on the X300 FE includes a triple rear setup. It features a 50MP main sensor with OIS. It also includes a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS. An 8MP ultrawide camera completes the system. For selfies, it offers a 50MP front camera with autofocus. A 6,500 mAh battery keeps the lights on, with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support. Both the X300 Ultra and X300 FE run Android 16 with OriginOS on top.
