The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad has issued a public advisory to dispel what it termed as “misinformation” circulating in the real estate market regarding joint development projects with the Capital Development Authority.
In an official statement shared on social media, DHA Islamabad categorically denied claims of any joint development with CDA in sectors D-13, E-13, F-13, or any other sectors. The authority emphasized that no such collaboration has been announced or approved.
The advisory further clarified that Margalla Enclave remains the only joint venture between DHA Islamabad and CDA. According to the statement, the project is progressing rapidly with full commitment from both entities.
DHA Islamabad urged the public to rely solely on its official communication channels for accurate information and to avoid acting on unverified reports circulating on social media platforms.
The clarification comes amid increasing speculation in the property market, where rumors of new joint ventures had led to confusion among investors and buyers.
