Bahauddin Zakariya University has announced multiple vacancies for Lecturer (BS-18) positions, offering career opportunities for qualified candidates in higher education.
According to the university, both male and female Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply, provided they meet the criteria set by the university and the Higher Education Commission.
Selected candidates will receive government pay scale benefits, including medical allowances and other provincial facilities under BPS-18.
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree or MPhil in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. The university has also emphasized that candidates should generally have a First Division in their terminal degree to maintain academic standards.
Interested candidates are required to complete a two-step application process. Applicants must first submit the online application form through the university’s official job portal.
After online submission, candidates must print and sign the application form and send it along with attested copies of academic documents, CNIC, and proof of application fee payment to the Registrar’s Office through courier service.
The deadline for submitting applications is June 1, 2026.
Government employees applying for the positions must also provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) through their respective departments.
The university said only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews and possible teaching demonstrations as part of the recruitment process.
Officials said the hiring drive is aimed at strengthening academic departments and improving teaching standards across the university.
