The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced revised liquefied natural gas (LNG) prices for May, raising costs significantly across both major gas distribution networks.
Sui Southern Gas Company system will now supply LNG at $16.04 per million British thermal units, reflecting a sharp increase of $3.51 per MMBTU effective this month.
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited faces a steeper price adjustment, with LNG now set at $16.98 per MMBTU, following an increase of $3.43 per MMBTU on its network.
OGRA issued an official notification confirming both price revisions, which affect millions of consumers and industrial users connected to the two largest gas distribution companies.
