More details about the upcoming Vivo X500 Pro Max have appeared online. A new leak has now revealed key information about the phone’s rear camera system. Earlier, the same tipster had shared details about the device’s display.
According to the latest leak, the vivo X500 Pro Max may arrive with a triple rear camera setup. The system could include two 50MP sensors along with a 200MP camera.
The main camera is expected to use Sony’s 50MP 1/1.28-inch LOFIC sensor. Meanwhile, the periscope telephoto camera may feature a 200MP 1/1.4-inch sensor. If true, the setup could offer improved zoom quality and better low-light performance.
In addition, Vivo is reportedly testing a new ultrawide camera for the device. The company may use a 50MP Sony IMX8-series sensor for this camera. However, another report suggests Vivo could choose a smaller 50MP sensor instead.
The Vivo X500 series is rumored to launch in September. Reports suggest the lineup may include four different models. Previous leaks also claim that the vivo X500 Pro Max could run on MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9600 chipset. However, Vivo has not officially confirmed any specifications yet.
As leaks continue to surface, the Vivo X500 Pro Max is already attracting attention for its camera-focused upgrades and flagship hardware.
