The Capital Development Authority has launched the Accommodation Management System, a new online portal allowing eligible employees to apply for CDA residential accommodation under the CDA Accommodation Allocation Regulations-2025.
The authority announced the system through a circular issued by the CDA Directorate of Administration on Monday. Eligible employees can register and submit applications through the web portal ams.cda.gov.pk, with instructions available in both Urdu and English.
The last date for submitting applications is September 18, 2026.
Administrative officers in each directorate have been assigned to assist employees during the application process, and the IT Directorate has designated a focal person to resolve technical issues related to the portal during office hours.
The CDA said only those employees who apply in this call and whose applications are accepted will be placed on the General Waiting List and considered for accommodation.
The list will remain active until every eligible applicant on it has been allotted accommodation. Employees who miss the current application window will not be added to the list and will not be considered for allotment while it remains valid.
According to the authority, a new round of applications will be invited only after the existing waiting list is exhausted. At that stage, a fresh list will be drawn up based on the seniority of applicants, in line with the CDA Accommodation Allocation Regulations-2025.
