The Supreme Court of Pakistan has launched an online portal allowing citizens to obtain digitally verified copies of judgments and orders without visiting court offices or filing manual requests.
The digital certified copy portal, approved by the Supreme Court Registrar, has been integrated into the court’s public facilitation portal, according to an official circular issued recently.
Under the new system, applicants can submit online requests for digitally verified copies of judgments or orders issued by the Supreme Court, simplifying access to judicial documents.
The facility aims to eliminate delays and procedural hurdles traditionally associated with obtaining certified copies, making the process faster, more convenient and accessible for litigants and citizens.
Court officials said the initiative forms part of broader efforts to modernize judicial services, expand technology-driven access to justice and improve public facilitation across the court system.
The digital service is also expected to reduce the workload of court staff handling manual copy requests while giving litigants and the public quicker access to case records.
