Usman Zaheer Ahmed has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Fauji Foods Limited (PSX: FFL), effective September 18, 2026, according to a notice submitted by the company to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The company said Zaheer Ahmed will continue performing his responsibilities as CEO during his notice period in accordance with company policy. Fauji Foods added that its Board of Directors will appoint a new chief executive officer in due course.
The company also expressed its appreciation for Zaheer Ahmed’s contributions and services during his tenure.
Zaheer Ahmed joined Fauji Foods as CEO in March 2022. He has more than two decades of experience in the consumer goods sector, including senior leadership positions at Engro Foods and British American Tobacco. He also previously served as CEO of Nishat Sutas Dairy.
Fauji Foods traces its origins to 1966, when its predecessor, Noon Pakistan, was incorporated. The company became part of the Fauji Group in 2015 following the acquisition of Noon Pakistan and operates in the dairy and food sector through brands including Nurpur and Dostea.
