Female candidates outperformed male students across regular and private categories. Female candidates secured a pass percentage of 69.68%, whereas male candidates attained a pass rate of 46.61%.

Geographically, Rahim Yar Khan led the three operational districts in the region with an overall pass rate of 61.80%.
