The examination process was supervised by Chairperson Faisal Ijaz and Controller of Examinations Dr. Rana Naveed Azmat. A total of 47,353 candidates applied for the examination, with 46,248 candidates actually appearing across the designated examination centers. The board declared 28,868 candidates successful, fixing the overall pass percentage at 62.42%.

Under the 1,200 total marks scheme, candidates scoring 960 marks or above earned an A+ grade (Exceptional). Those securing 840 to 959 marks achieved an A grade (Excellent), while 720 to 839 marks secured a B grade (Very Good).
Gender & Category Performance Comparison
Female candidates outperformed their male peers by a wide margin across all major academic streams. Girls attained an overall pass percentage of 68.93%, while boys secured a 53.90% success rate.

Candidates enrolled through recognized institutions achieved higher passing rates than private students. Regular candidates achieved a 67.69% pass percentage (24,081 passed out of 35,574 appeared), whereas private candidates recorded a pass percentage of 44.85% (4,787 passed out of 10,674 appeared). Evaluated by institution type, private colleges posted the highest pass rate at 75.77%, followed by government institutions at 54.60%.
