COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Lahore Campus, has announced the HEC Need-Based Scholarship Program for eligible BS and undergraduate students enrolled in the Fall 2026 semester.
The scholarship is aimed at supporting deserving students facing financial difficulties and helping them continue their undergraduate education. Students admitted on open merit who meet the financial-need criteria can apply.
Eligible students must submit their completed scholarship forms and supporting documents by October 15, 2026. The application process includes online data entry followed by submission of a hard-copy form to the Students Financial Aid Office at the CUI Lahore Campus.
Selected students will receive financial assistance toward university fees under HEC rules, along with a Rs. 6,000 monthly stipend. Self-finance students are not eligible, while scholarship awards will depend on available funding and assessment by the university’s Institutional Scholarship Award Committee.
Applicants are required to provide documents including academic records, CNICs, domicile, utility bills, income proof, family details and other relevant financial documents. HEC disburses the scholarship through participating universities rather than paying students directly.
